Greenway Apartments

Greenway Apartments transforms a long-underutilized remnant parcel adjacent to the Arbutus Greenway into much-needed rental housing. Measuring just 25 feet by 142 feet, the site presents significant development challenges due to its narrow configuration, limited area, and constrained urban context.

MP 1

MP1 is a three-unit infill multiplex designed for a standard 33’ x 110’ Vancouver lot, demonstrating how gentle density can be integrated into established neighbourhoods.

MP 2

MP 2 is a six-unit infill multiplex designed for a corner lot on Vancouver’s West Side. The project utilizes its prominent corner condition to deliver four row homes and two townhouse units, each with three bedrooms, a street-oriented entrance, and access to private outdoor space.
