Century:NV is a distinctive purpose-built rental community comprising three architecturally unique buildings with 285 units and an extensive range of resident amenities.

Inspired by Nordic design principles and the natural beauty of the North Shore, the project features a refined and neutral material palette across both its interior and exterior environments. While conceived as a cohesive development, each building has been thoughtfully designed and programmed to foster its own unique identity and sense of place. A diverse mix of amenity spaces encourages connection among residents while also creating opportunities to engage with the broader North Shore community. Century:NV represents a forward-thinking approach to rental housing, redefining expectations for purpose-built rental living. The project was designed to meet BC Energy Step Code Step 3 performance requirements.
