670 East Broadway is a 18-storey concrete tower proposed for the corner of Fraser Street and E. Broadway in Vancouver. The project is proposing 113 market housing units and 24 turn-key social housing units to the Fraser-Kingsway neighbourhood. Amenities are located throughout the building including a shared podium rooftop for both residential uses.

At grade, the development activates the streetscape through generous commercial retail units and a durable, high-quality material palette featuring dark brick and charcoal metal accents. A new public plaza at the corner of the site creates a vibrant pedestrian gathering space, accommodating outdoor café seating.

The social housing component of the project was design to meet the standards of the BC Housing Design Guidelines and the City of Vancouver Housing Design and Technical Guidelines.
