MP1 is a three-unit infill multiplex designed for a standard 33’ x 110’ Vancouver lot, demonstrating how gentle density can be integrated into established neighbourhoods. Thoughtfully planned to maximize livability within a compact footprint, the project delivers two family-oriented three-bedroom homes in the primary building and a two-bedroom laneway residence.

A strong geometric form and restrained material palette create a cohesive architectural expression rooted in scale, proportion, and simplicity. MP1 provides a replicable model for delivering high-quality “missing middle” housing while responding to the evolving needs of Vancouver’s residential neighbourhoods.
